How to use it
- Set the status date on the Settings sheet.
- Use the Estimator to find your cell in the complexity matrix.
- Assign an owner to every workstream and task.
- Update status and % complete weekly.
- Review the schedule flags at steering.
Compatibility
Works in Excel 2016 or later and Microsoft 365; columns A–N import into Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
