Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to the questions Houston and Texas buyers most often bring to us.
Engagement
How we work with new clients.
- Yes, we work alongside an existing Microsoft partner where it makes sense.
- Our smallest engagement is a fixed-cost discovery or a one-month managed support plan.
- We sign a mutual NDA before discussing your environment in detail.
- We can scope a fixed-cost two-week health check before any larger commitment.
- You can step a managed-services plan up or down with reasonable notice.
- We do not require a long-term master services agreement to get started.
Delivery
How we staff and deliver work.
- Local and U.S.-work-authorized consultants are available for Houston-area assignments, with no client-side sponsorship or relocation dependency.
- We deliver onsite, hybrid or fully remote, depending on what the work requires.
- You know the named consultants on your account and the work they do.
- We keep delivery teams small and senior rather than large and layered.
- We provide written architecture decisions you can audit later.
- We hand off cleanly to managed services or back to your internal team.
Capability
What we focus on (and what we do not).
- We focus on the Microsoft business stack — Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure.
- We work across Customer Engagement, Field Service, Customer Service, Business Central, Project Operations and Supply Chain.
- We do integration, Azure, Power BI and Power Platform work in support of those systems.
- We do not pretend to be a SAP, Oracle or NetSuite practice — we will say so up front.
- We do not chase work outside the customer profile we serve well.
