Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service · Houston + 300 milesField Service, live on your technicians' phones — for one fixed price.

For Houston-area service companies with 50 to 1,000 employees. We agree the scope, the go-live date and the price before any work starts — then get your dispatchers and field crews running on Dynamics 365 Field Service.

You work directly with the senior consultant who scopes your project — 25+ years of ERP and CRM delivery, based in Houston.

What's fixed before we start

  • Scope — written down and signed off by your team.
  • Price — one number, agreed up front.
  • Go-live date — set in the contract, not "phase 2".
  • Hypercare — we stay with you after go-live.

Want something outside the scope? We quote it before we build it. No surprise change orders.

Already on Field Service with Finance & Operations?

Microsoft's built-in integration ends after February 28, 2027.

Moving to the supported Field Service and Project Operations path is a re-implementation, not an upgrade. We plan and deliver the move at a fixed price, so your service and finance teams aren't caught out at the deadline.

Who it's built for

The service businesses that keep the Gulf Coast running

If you dispatch technicians, maintain equipment in the field, or run on service agreements and inspections, Field Service was made for you. These are the teams our fixed-price packages are designed around.

Field technician with a tablet beside a gas compression skid, with a pumpjack in the distance

Compression · rental tools · well-site services

Oilfield services & gas compression

Your equipment works where your office can't see it — compressor skids, rental tools and well-site assets spread from the Permian to the Gulf. When service history lives in spreadsheets and text messages, maintenance intervals slip and a missed overhaul becomes unplanned downtime.

We set up Field Service around your assets: equipment records with run-hour readings, preventive maintenance that creates work orders on schedule, parts tracked on every truck, and a mobile app your crews can use offline at remote sites.

HVAC technician with a tablet next to commercial rooftop units

Service agreements · preventive maintenance · emergency calls

Commercial HVAC & mechanical contractors

A Houston summer turns every rooftop unit into a potential emergency call. Your margin lives in service agreements, but knowing which customer is owed which visit — and getting the right tech there with the right parts — too often lives in one dispatcher's head.

Field Service turns each agreement into scheduled visits automatically, shows dispatchers who is qualified and closest, and lets techs close the job with photos and a customer signature on site, so billing isn't waiting on paperwork.

Inspector with a tablet beside a fire sprinkler riser, gauges and an alarm panel

Inspections · testing · compliance reports

Fire protection & life-safety systems

Sprinkler, alarm and extinguisher work runs on fixed cycles — quarterly, annual, five-year — and every visit needs a report the building owner and fire marshal can rely on. A missed inspection is a liability; a paper report is a bottleneck.

We build your inspection programs as recurring agreements with digital checklists on the technician's device, so deficiencies found on site become quotes and follow-up work orders instead of notes on a clipboard.

Technician with a tablet next to a standby generator during a storm, connected to a building transfer switch

Install base · load-bank testing · storm response

Standby power & generator dealers

After Hurricane Beryl left millions across the Houston region without power, standby generators stopped being a luxury. That means a fast-growing install base to maintain — and a flood of calls every time a storm shows up on the radar.

Field Service gives you one record per installed unit — model, warranty, transfer switch and full service history — plus maintenance agreements that schedule exercise and load-bank visits automatically, and the dispatch board you'll need when the next storm hits.

Technician with a tablet beside a forklift and warehouse pallet racking

Forklifts · rental fleets · on-site repair

Equipment rental & material handling

Whether you rent out equipment or service forklifts inside customers' warehouses, your revenue depends on uptime. Every unit needs checks between rentals, planned maintenance by hour meter, and fast repairs when something breaks on a customer's site.

We connect Field Service to your fleet so hour-meter readings trigger maintenance work orders, techs see the full repair history before they arrive, and parts used on the job flow back to inventory and onto the invoice.

Biomedical service engineer with a tablet beside a CT scanner and monitoring workstation

Biomed · imaging · uptime commitments

Medical & imaging equipment service

Houston is home to the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical complex in the world, and the hospitals, clinics and imaging centers across the region run on equipment that has to stay up. Service teams answer to uptime commitments and documented preventive maintenance.

Field Service tracks every serviced asset, schedules maintenance to the manufacturer's interval, routes urgent calls to certified technicians first, and keeps a complete service record ready when a customer or auditor asks for it.

How it works

One price. Four stages. Your crews working from the mobile app.

  1. 01

    Scope

We map your work orders, service agreements and assets with your service, dispatch and finance leads. You get a written scope, a go-live date and one fixed price.

  2. 02

    Configure

Work order types, incident types, service agreements, territories, skills and the schedule board — set up and tested with your real customers and equipment.

  3. 03

    Train

Technicians learn the mobile app on their own jobs. Dispatchers and managers learn the schedule board, inspections and reporting.

  4. 04

    Go live + hypercare

We're on hand through go-live and the weeks after it, fixing issues fast while your team builds confidence in the new way of working.

Questions we hear first

What makes the price fixed?

The scope is written down and signed off before any work starts. If you ask for something outside it, we quote it separately before doing it — so the number you agreed to is the number you pay.

Do we need other Dynamics 365 apps?

No. Field Service runs on its own. When you want parts, labor and invoices to flow into accounting, we connect it to Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, or the system you already use.

Are Microsoft licenses included?

Licenses are billed separately by Microsoft or your licensing partner. We'll help you size them — full users for dispatchers and technicians, attach licenses where someone already has another Dynamics 365 app, and contractor licenses for subcontracted techs.

We started with another partner and it stalled. Can you help?

Yes — that's core work for us. We assess what's already built and worth keeping, then quote a fixed price to get you live.
