About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect for Customer Engagement with over 12 years of experience to join our team in Texas. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 to design, implement, and optimize customer engagement solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their business needs, and translating these into innovative and effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring they align with client business objectives and industry best practices.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
Implementation and Customization: Oversee the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshooting and Support: Address and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 solutions, providing ongoing support and maintenance as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 updates, features, and industry trends, incorporating new knowledge into solution designs and best practices.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and user guides.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing and architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and integration with other Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365).
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Certified: Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Certified: Sales Functional Consultant Associate, or Dynamics 365 Certified: Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
Familiarity with industry-specific solutions and best practices.
Experience with data migration and system integration projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus.
